Grievance Filed over Health Care CostsMost of us have significantly higher co-pays and deductibles on our employer-sponsored health insurance plans this year, which PSE believes is inconsistent with the 88%-12% split negotiated in our contracts. [Click the title for the whole story.] Instead, a surplus in PEBB funds that could have been used in accordance with the 88%-12% split to help hold down employee costs, was diverted by the legislature for purposes unrelated to health care.
